I had the most delightful experience staying at Bloom Hotel, and I must say that the reception staff, Akash, played a significant role in making my stay exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Akash, in particular, stood out with his impeccable customer service skills. He was not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly efficient. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs and requests were met promptly. Whether it was assisting with check-in, providing valuable local recommendations, or swiftly addressing any inquiries I had, Akash's dedication to his role was truly commendable. The hotel itself was a haven of comfort and style. The rooms were immaculate, well-appointed, and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall ambiance was inviting. Bloom Hotel has earned my highest recommendation, and I will undoubtedly return on my next visit to the area. If I had to describe this hotel in just 3 words - It is terrible. Just strike it off your choices without battling an eyelid. I have frequented this hotel in the past due to its location that has suited my needs. However, it is now downhill with pathetic maintenance and service. The service staff is rude and do not know how to behave with guests. This brand of hotel and this property is heading towards a disaster as they seem to care the least for its guests. Their lifts, rooms, corridors are all very very substandard and are letting up. Their AC's are dysfunctional. They have faulty plumbing systems and the bathroom stench is unbearable, worse than public toilets found in railway stations. It is traumatic to step into a closed room when you enter after a day's work. Full of bad odour and stench is all you get. Unfortunately, we were forced to stay here for 3 nights since the booking was made from makemytrip and the payment was made. We did not want to get into the hassles of pursuing reimbursements to top up the already lost peace. Upon complaining while in room number 105, they moved us to 205, and then again to 305, but the misery continued. Avoid this property for all said reasons. After a hard day's work, all you need is a space to sink in that provides you peace, here you will find none.…

The ambience, decor, quality of rooms, beds, bathrooms and linen is really good with good working wifi. Good breakfast at Silbuttah Restuarant. Just what you really need. Bloom is the only hotel with water dispensers in every floor. Loved it.

neat & clean hotel is always plus point, every time i visit there i found better peace then any of nearby hotels. reception and housekeeping team members are fabulous & helpful, they have good Indian restro called silbuttah which is quite nice and tasty food available. i met Ankur from housekeeping & Akash from reception , these 2 guys are treasure for bloom team. keep it up guys. keep my stay memorable always. thanks.

It was a great visit to this hotel, rooms are clean and spacious. They have tea coffee placed on each floor. Silbuttah restuarant also serves good food. Must consider this hotel when ever you are in noifa
