My first ever review comes now - I begrudgingly have to submit this due to the lovely reviews and amazing beautiful home that we have mostly enjoyed our time there ... BUT ... I warn other young couples. Me and my girlfriend have been looking for peace quiet and pretty much let’s say down paid a month stay here - initially a warm welcome by the host was soon turned into a bit of a weird set of circumstances and behaviour. Please note our stays have been mainly a cwtch, bathing, films and the odd bottle of red to chill out, nothing major. In our penultimate stay I was in the bath and heard a massive banging on an inside door that was locked from inside of the bathroom and had to get out the bath to the nearest room to ask the people staying if they had knocked on the door, anyway, we ignored it and then upon us checking out the next day my girlfriend had a passive aggressive message about a little mess (not like a party was had). Then in our final stay we entered the room with an inside door left open leading to another part of the house which made us feel uncomfortable. Not to add the noises in the night of scurrying. All in the later weekends of our stay. Weird. Could all be a coincidence. Who knows! What I will say is don’t have attitude with your guests you grim person and when they do apologise for something you’re not happy about then ignore it and leave them locked out of their final stay of a code to get in. Easy to message us tho was this meant? Again, Who knows - Didn’t trash the place and showed the utmost respect when conversing, also didn’t cause too much noise, didn’t damage anything, the only Thing we did do was give you our money for a service and showed the utmost respect. Fabulous little find. The main room is enormous, with a completely separate living area, complete with corner sofa and fascinating artwork/decor. The hosts added an extra bed for our daughter & there was still enough floor space for her to practise her cartwheels! The main bed was huge and extremely comfortable too. The bathroom was just as fantastic, with a lovely rainfall shower. Serafina and Neal were fantastic hosts, on hand for anything we needed (not that we wanted for anything). Would definitely recommend this place for anyone wishing to visit the area.

Excellent place to stay. The room I had was not en suite but you are clearly advised of this. Excellent cleanliness, quality, value for money and an excellent breakfast....and overall I place I would thoroughly recommend!
