We travelled November 2014 but there are only a few accommodations available in Binmaley, Pangasinan so I figured this might still benefit those who want to research the place. Coordinating the booking from Manila, JT Resort’s contact person was very helpful and always available. As the resort is some distance from the main road, it was a good thing one of our family friends served as our guide as first-timers like us would have found the trip difficult, especially as we arrived almost at midnight. Despite the late hour, the staff that welcomed us was very friendly and accommodating. As we had a senior citizen with us, the room assigned to us was on the ground floor. It had a cool and silent A/C and comfortable double beds. They even lent us an extra mattress for free. The restroom was clean with the shower hot and with good water pressure. Come morning when we were able to fully appreciate the over-all beauty of the place. The resort follows a sort of rustic-inspired vibe from the furniture to the décor. There is a pretty dining area and a spacious garden with a gazebo and cottages that would make an ideal venue for a special event. The garden leads to Binmaley Beach which shares the same fine, gray sand shoreline as that of Lingayen Beach. The advantage is that since Binmaley isn’t as touristy as Lingayen, the beach is clean and quiet, the water warm and inviting.…
