Hotel is a way from town up a narrow road. You have to park in the car park below and a lift takes you up. On arrival it all looks very nice and you are greeted by a parrot by the front door. A large pool with spectacular views. The rooms are ok but the breakfast very basic. Not much choice.

Les extérieurs de l’hôtel ont été soignés. Arrivée par un ascenseur en verre offrant une vue panoramique sur la ville. Une très jolie piscine proche de la réception. Le dîner était bon et copieux et le personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner correct. Le point à améliorer concerne la chambre (302) qui manque de finitions et qui donne l’impression d’être inachevée (évacuation apparente du lavabo qui se fait directement dans la douche, branchement du ventilateur et modem pas très esthétique, affichage de la température sur le climatiseur, beaucoup trop lumineux la nuit…). Dommage pour un hôtel aussi récent.

Dragonfly from the ground looking up to the hotel where the elevator takes you up was spectacular. That’s about it. Now for the review. Upon stepping out of the elevator and onto the hotel grounds, the property is swept, but not maintained properly. The cascading waterfall features were ponds of green water pools. No waterfalls. Trash and natural debris mingled at the edges of the waterfall pools in some areas.
The counter gals weren’t friendly. You figure if you’re the first face that the customers see when they check in on a long road trip, a greet and smile would lighten their day. Nope! None! The staffs aren’t friendly. Not once did any staff members greeted us.
Our room is a box. That’s it. Just a box with a sliding glass wall separating the bathroom and bed. Walls are thin because we could here people conversing quite sometimes to the early morning.
I can’t complain about the food. Dinner was good. Everything was flavorful. Breakfast was good as well. But here I go again complaining. The restaurant is grand, but be prepared for oscillating fans, not air condition.
Overall, this place cost way too much for the lack of hospitality. We stayed at a five star resort that cost less than this hotel and everything was way better in every aspect.

Bruit le matin a 7h. Café et petit déjeuner médiocre (le café étant de l'eau). Pas de paiement possible avec carte de crédit sur place. Extrêmement cher pour la qualité (environ 100 euros pour une chambre avec petit déjeuner inclus). Le personnel n'est pas présent et semble absorbé par le téléphone portable. Bref mauvaise expérience et deconseille vivement

Hotel is beautiful. Pool is amazing, but freezing cold during our stay. The place is lacking a restaurant and bar and is about a mile down a steep hill from them. Beds and rooms are great and comfortable.
There wasn’t any English speakers which generally isn’t a problem for us, but there was some confusion of them not wanting to give us our passports back. They wanted to keep them for several hours “for the police.” They had already taken pictures of them so I don’t know what their issue was.
All in all I’m pretty sure it’s still the best place to stay in town.
