WORST HOTEL OF MY LIFE - NIGHTMARE

This hotel is full of surprises and trust me not at all pleasant surprises. Let me start with the series of event happened. 1. We reached the hotel around 12:30. We booked 4 rooms in advance (one month). To our surprise, rooms were not even clean. Once we arrived they started cleaning the room. There was so much dirt below the bed and they didn’t even bother to look down and clean. 2. The person sitting on reception was new and he himself said that he is new and is not familiar with check in and check out procedure. My brother helped him to put check in details in the computer. 3. When we entered rooms, where basic facilities like soap and towels were missing. On continuous request for the same, they gave us one towel per room. We asked for at least two towels per room because there were two adults in room. They said they don’t have facility for the same. 4. There was one menu in every room for in house dining. But when we ordered lunch on arrival, they said they don’t have in house kitchen. They said you can order from another menu is which delivering food at that place. 5. The facilities like geyser was not working. When I called person to look, he said all the geysers are not working fine and it will take 15 days to send the geyser back and repairs to be done. My son who had cold had to bath in cold water. 6. Even rook latch was not working properly. I had to call one person to understand how to lock my room 7. Before sleeping we ask them whether they will provide tea in the morning with breakfast or we can ask for the same as bed tea. They said they can give that as bed tea. We asked them to send tea at 7. They send it at 8:30 that too on demand and that too for only 5 people out of 8, saying that there is less milk. When we asked for tea for remaining tea during breakfast, they said that they will charge double for the same. 8. When we asked for breakfast at 9, they said they don’t have breakfast facility, please take your already paid money for breakfast. We requested them that because we are with kids, if they could arrange breakfast in the hotel, it would be great. They took our driver and car to pick up breakfast that too 2 kachoris per person with allo sabzi. This place is around 4-5 km away from main city. We need to take our car or rickshaw to reach main Bihari temple. I hope, after reading all our experience NOBODY should go there. The owner is sitting in Mumbai and she has just invested in a property in Vrindavan, who is not even bothered to keep good and hardworking staff there. There are no cooks no maids and no housekeeping services. The hotel as mentioned above does not run its own restaurant or in-house kitchen. Please DONOT waste your money here. I don’t know why OYO room has given the franchise to them. SHAME!!!!!!…
