I am writing this review with a huge experience of visiting many places and staying at many hotels of this category. It is a budget property as so many other properties/hotels located within 1 km to all the major temples in Vridavan. I booked two executive rooms (19.11.2021) for my family which were clean and spacious, there was enough parking facility, nice food at an affordable price, no issue with the bathrooms, and housekeeping services. All the furniture is quite old but can be carry forward. Beware of monkeys, they can harm you, your spectacles as well as your car. It would have been a good experience staying over there if the behavior of the hotel manager (Mr. Raj Kumar Sharma) is good. He is quite rude, argumentative, incapable of handling guests, seems does not like visitors to book this hotels and come here to increase his work load. He actually pretend to be a good, polite person but he is not. He is a fake and double standard person. He kept us waiting for a longer time with our old, week parents to share the room numbers only, even after calling him up one hour prior to reach the hotel and welcoming guests in a very disrespectful manner. According to him there are 4 executive rooms amongst which 2 were already occupied and 2 were booked by us. This could have been easily shared with us. He was suggesting us to move to another hotel even though we booked the hotel in advance through goibibo. This kind of welcoming guest is the first ever experience in my life, utterly dis-appointing and not at all acceptable. Very sorry to mention few things according to our observations: No register kept in the reception and no signature by the visitors recorded on arrival except a form, no staff wearing musk, no hand sanitizer provided in the rooms and guest's arrival, no social distancing maintained, no thermal screening test happening which all are included in mandatory common hotel policies as on date. We had to force them to sanitize our rooms after which it was done by the ordinary hand sanitizer bottle. Be prepared for the counting of towels as they may ask you after checkout as they did with us, which lead the other manager come up with sorry figure. Overall there is a hidden negative vibes and aura around this hotel because of the lack of trust and lack of positive hotel management orientation that needed to be transferred from the manager itself. you may find a bit difficulties to find the hotel initially because its not on the main road, rooms are a bit too small for the prices I paid, but I went there in peak season, so it may be due to high season rates. hotel is close to isckon temple and prem temple ( around 1 KM) staff is friendly. Can stay here if you don't bother a small room. bathroom was satisfactorily big and clean.

The hotel was well maintained , though there were still room for improvement. The staff were very courteous and served almost all requirements. As our tour organizers made their own food, unable to comment on their kitchen but the tea served every morning promptly was good
