After a mouthful of black gold, the vodka cleanses the palate, which allows you to relive the first moment they explode in your mouth and enjoy intensely of their notes. One chooses then a vodka and white, especially not flavoured. But why not celebrate this special moment with a champagne ? While the vodka will tend to clean the palate, the Champagne on the contrary, will tease, highlight, in order to prepare them to receive the tidal wave of flavours that the caviar is offering
