Dear Karen M, Thank you for taking time to write a review regarding your experience with our resort. We truly value the opinions of our customer and we apologize that we did not meet your expectations. Your comment has helped us to improve the service we deliver to our guests. The management has serious talked with the housekeeping team to train all the staff and fix all the problem in rooms, again we are very sorry for this inconvenience . Since the gym is now being repaired and supplied more equipments so that we temporary closed, we are sorry for not notice to you during your stay. As we work in the hospitality we never refuse to serve our guest that you mention in the restaurant, there is a misunderstanding that the day you saw the people who asked you leaving are not our staff, they are the guest who joined the meeting, the resort staff always wear uniform with the name tag. Maybe the outside guest can not speak English so they did not understand your meaning.
