Tôi rất hài lòng với sự phục vụ tận tình của nhân viên khách sạn . Nhân viên thân thiện mến khách đặc liệt là chú Thiện ( nv nhà hàng Cltron) . Siu dễ thương , chú tặng cho em 4 chai nc khoáng thiên nhiên của Ý . Nơi này rất tuyệt vời , xứng đáng để quay lại lần sau

Tôi đi nghỉ dưỡng trong điều kiền thời tiết không tốt nhưng dịch vụ ở đây làm tôi muốn quay lại. Đặc biệt là sử dụng dịch vụ Club lounge. Tôi được bạn Tiến đón từ sảnh đến khu vực riêng biệt, check in và sử dụng trà chiều. Bạn đã giúp tôi rất nhiều để hiểu thêm về khu nghỉ dưỡng. Tôi được trải nghiệm nhà hàng Pháp rất ngon và tuyệt vời.
Dịch vụ cực kì tuyệt vời, đặc biệt là bạn trợ lý Ni và Ly butler.
