We acknowledge your review. As you currently have no solid profile with TripAdvisor, we suggest you contact us personally. It is unclear what motivated you to post the same review on another digital channel during your stay a few days ago but to delete it a few hours later. It is neither clear your purpose of telling our Front Office team at your checkout that you will post a negative review on social media.
Given the spirit of Amour Resort Ba Vi is to hear our guests' feedback and create great stays, we gave you a bottle of wine when you disapproved of the cake we serve you, but that was just the beginning of your stay.
