I’m sorry to hear that your stay with us fell short of your expectations. However I am disappointed to read this online, as I believe these issues could have been discussed and dealt with while you were staying with us. We state in our welcome letter, “In the event we are not living up to your expectations, please talk to us and we will do our best to ensure we put things right…so you can go on to enjoy your stay.”
As for breakfast our Four Plates Restaurant serves an a la carte menu and has a buffet breakfast included in the room rate. Our buffet breakfast is served through three show kitchens Japanese, Italian and Vietnamese, along with fresh pastries, bread, fruit, yogurt, juice, herbal teas and coffee. We also change some of the dishes each day so guests have a great variety to choose from and enjoy.
