Khách sạn đẹp, dịch vụ tốt, các bạn nhân viên take care tụi mình chu đáo. Đồ ăn ngon hợp khẩu vị mình. Tuy nhiên mình chưa có cơ hội dùng swimming pool ở đây vì mình tới lúc thời tiết mưa nhiều. Hy vọng lần sau mình sẽ đưa gia đình mình tới chơi nếu có dịp tới Đà Nẵng lần nữa.

Tôi được tiếp đón nhiệt tình khi đến với resort , nhân viên thân thiện không hian ấm áp sang trọng. Có đầy đủ tiện nghi tôi cần và có cả kid club cho các con của tôi. Đặc biệt có lễ tân Ngọc CC đã dẫn tôi về phòng và hướng dấn tôi sử dụng đồ dùng ở phòng. Lần sau tới Đà Nẵng tôi vẫn sẽ chọn Sheraton Grand.
