We understand that the bed may have been firmer than you prefer, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lack of curtains.
Transfer & Communication: We acknowledge the communication issues during the transfer. We rely on trusted local drivers who may not always be fluent in English. We are currently exploring ways to improve communication during transfers, including providing contact information for drivers in advance.
Rain and Activities: As you know, Vietnam's weather can be unpredictable, especially during the rainy season. While we do our best to offer a variety of activities, some may be limited or unavailable due to inclement weather.
